In an attic every bag of rubble has to be carried downstairs, and a new screed loads the ceiling below. Milling avoids both problems. In houses around Wrocław we fit underfloor heating while the heating is being upgraded, before the floors go in.

02 · How it works
Screed and floor milling: we cut channels for the pipes instead of breaking up the floor.
We mill the screed with a machine connected to an industrial vacuum. The milling machine cuts channels as deep as the pipe, and the dust goes straight into the bag. We work the same way in concrete and anhydrite floors. That's why reviews mostly mention one thing: zero dust.
Planning the loops
We plan the loops from the manifold to every room, so the heat spreads evenly.
Milling the screed
We mill the floor with a vacuum-fed machine: a pipe-sized channel, with no dust in the house.
Laying the pipe
We press the pipe into the channel in one piece, so there are no joints under the floor.
Filling with compound
We fill the channels with filling compound. Once it has dried, you can lay panels or tiles.
Manifold and leak test
We connect the loops to the manifold and run a leak test. The installation is our responsibility.
