What data we collect

Only what you enter in the quote form, and what is collected by the cookies you agree to.

Phone number
To call you back with a quote.
Floor area and town
To work out the price and plan the journey.
Technical data
IP address, browser, pages visited. Only if you consent to analytics cookies.

Why, and on what legal basis

Preparing a quote and booking a date are steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep invoices and accounts because tax law requires it (point c). Site statistics and advertising run only with your consent (point a), which you can withdraw at any time.

How long

Enquiries that don't lead to a job are deleted after 12 months. Accounting documents are kept for 5 years from the end of the tax year. Cookie data is kept until you withdraw consent, and no longer than 13 months.

Who we share it with

We don't sell data. Access is limited to companies that help us run the website and the office: hosting (Vercel), email (Google), our accounting firm and, with your consent, analytics and advertising providers (Google, Meta).

Cookies

We divide them into four categories. Necessary cookies always work; the others only once you switch them on. You can change your decision at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your data, and you can object to its processing. Just email kubikph@gmail.com, we reply within 30 days. If you believe we are breaking the law, you can lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
